The Yin Yang is a representation of so many meanings that relate to life, the opposing yet complimentary forces that transform into the other.
Here depicted with the leopards, cranes, snakes, rabbits and butterflies, these animals embody the opposing forces in life – life and death, the hunters and the hunted, darkness and light.
The animals are surrounded with the symbols from the Chinese Bagua associated with the life balance of the Yin Yang. These Bagua symbols embody the natural elements being heaven/sky, lake/marsh, fire/glow, thunder, wind/air, water, mountain, ground/earth.
